Claims Notification
Report your claim either via www.rpgroup.com/report-a-claim, or by e-mail to . Within 24 working hours we will acknowledge receipt of the notification.
Claims Recording
We record your notification in our system, where it will be assigned a reference number. This number will be included in subsequent correspondence with you and/or other relevant parties.
Claims Handling
For claims adjusting, we collect all relevant documentation from parties, stakeholders, and external experts. Based on the insurance contract, applicable laws and regulations, court decisions, and available information, we form a substantiated opinion on the matter.
Claims Finalization
As part of our claims handling, we make a decision on coverage and potential compensation for either the insured under the policy or other parties who have suffered an indemnifiable loss.
