We are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated IT Support to join our dynamic and ambitious global IT team, based out of Copenhagen. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company runs smoothly, supporting all relevant IT support requests, network requirements, policies, and procedures.

About the team

You will become part of our global IT team based in our Copenhagen head office, which is home to more than 130 employees across both group functions and local roles.

Our growing IT team sits within our Finance & Operations department, and together we support our entire workforce of 300+ employees across 17 countries. As a key function, the team works closely with colleagues across the company to enable cross-country collaboration, enhance technology, and support the company’s continued growth.

About the position

As our new IT Support, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues with their daily requirements. Your role will be varied, ranging from troubleshooting, onboarding new users, and maintaining systems and equipment. You will also participate in IT projects and contribute to the ongoing development of our operations. Regular interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, means you will act as a coordinator and bring a strong service mindset to everything you do.

Examples of responsibilities include:

  • Providing competent IT support and service to the company in their daily challenges
  • Managing desktop and equipment setup, as well as troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Escalating issues to our operating supplier or internal IT development team when necessary
  • Ensuring that security baselines are met on computers and servers both locally and in the hosted environment
  • Preparing user manuals and documentation
  • Contributing to the testing of contingency plans for IT security and cyber incidents
  • Preparing various reporting and participate in other administrative ad-hoc tasks in consultation with management

The position involves a variety of tasks, ranging from routine operational support to complex IT projects, including on-site hardware installations and troubleshooting.

We hope you have:

  • Relevant IT education that supports your qualifications for this role
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Supporter
  • Experience with Windows system administration and support
  • Knowledge of Windows server technology and networking
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot in a multi-user, high availability environment
  • Practical experience in PC maintenance, including repair, deployment, and decommissioning
  • Experience with setting up and monitoring IT client, server, and network service delivery
  • Knowledge of maintaining and supporting a corporate network environment
  • Proficiency in Office365, Intune, and Azure
  • Familiarity working in a global IT department or with cross-border teams
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus

Strong English skills are essential to communicate effectively with employees across the company. Since this role is based in our Copenhagen office, fluency in Danish is also required.

You must also have current residency in Denmark with the necessary work and residency permits in place before applying.
