RiskPoint Renewable Energy Appoints Nordic Head of Surety
The RiskPoint Group is pleased to announce that Chris Petersen will join our Renewable Energy team as Nordic Head of Surety, effective September 1, 2025.
Chris brings with him extensive experience and deep industry insight, having served clients on complex surety bond solutions at Euler Hermes, and most recently as Head of Surety and Structured Products at Aon. His extensive background in surety, makes him a valuable addition to our growing specialist team.
The addition of Chris enhances our ability to deliver high-quality service and practical, tailored solutions to our clients and partners. His industry expertise, client-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellence are well aligned with RiskPoint’s values and strategic goals as we continue to grow our presence in the renewable energy sector across the Nordics.
In his new role, Chris will be responsible for our surety offerings to Northern European clients engaged in the energy transition, focusing on combining our technical engineering practice with trusted surety expertise. Chris will be based in our Copenhagen office, where he will work closely with the Nordic Renewable Energy team to develop our surety product offering.
Having Chris join our Renewable Energy team brings invaluable expertise to RiskPoint and our clients. His market reputation and track record with solutions to complex client demands make him a welcome fit with RiskPoint and how we serve our clients today.
